Life Is Either A Daring Adventure or Nothing

Hello!
I've had friends and family for years tell me that I need to write stuff for the world to see. Apparently my emails and letters over the years have been a source of encouragement and humor to some. And I'm glad about that. I love that God can use me in this avenue. So, all that being said, I have finally succumbed to the technological age of blogging. The only thing that ever held me back from blogging my life was coming up with a catchy, kitchy kind of phrase that would be, well, cool. : )

Helen Keller once said, "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing." I love that. It is so true. Life is meant to be lived and to be cherished and to be enjoyed. And every day brings something new, something fresh to live. Now, it may not always be a "fun" something new...in fact, it could be downright yucky. Like, your daughter throwing up in her carseat and getting yack everywhere. That's yucky, people. But it certainly was something new. And we learned from that lovely experience. Yep, my life has lots of little daring adventures like that. And I love that it does. And I love that God is with me every minute, every hour, every moment of my life, living this daring adventure with me. Or perhaps I'm living this daring adventure with Him.

Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, I have decided to call this blog about my life "My Daring Adventure." I hope you'll come back and check from time to time about what latest adventure I've had. And I hope and pray that I can be of some encouragement to you in your life, in your walk with Christ, in your family, in your marriage, in your relationships. Enjoy!
